All new products sold by MIT Cables on this website are covered by a 30-day money back performance guarantee; Certified remanufactured products purchased from MIT Cables on this website, will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of MIT Cables, for thirty days under normal use (vacuum tubes are tested prior to shipment, but are excepted from this guarantee). This guarantee does not supersede MIT warranties.

(2) What is your shipping policy?

All shipments will be sent via UPS, Signature Required. If you would like your package delivered without the requirement of your signature, please type "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in the comments field at checkout. By doing so, you agree to release MIT Cables/CVTL, Inc. from all liability in the event your package is lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise damaged.

All you have to do is contact us and we'll find the perfect upgrade for your system. Then send us the trade-up protected cables you originally bought and we'll apply 100% of the original purchase price to a new pair of cables. When exercising this option, you will need to consider the following:

• You must trade up one complete tier (AVt2→Shotgun S2, Shotgun S1→Magnum M1,Magnum M1→Oracle V3.x, etc.).
• You are responsible for return freight costs, and insurance.
• EXp products are not eligible.
• You don't need to trade-in anything to take advatange of the trade-up program.
